By accessing, connecting to, registering for, purchasing from, or otherwise using GalaxyVerse ("GalaxyVerse," "we," "us," or "our") or any related services, you ("you," "your," or "User") agree to these Terms of Service and any policies or guidelines incorporated into them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use GalaxyVerse. Continued use of GalaxyVerse following changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of GalaxyVerse complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, as well as the rules of any third-party platform or service you use to access GalaxyVerse, including Minecraft, Mojang, and Microsoft where applicable. If you are a minor, you should have the permission of a parent or guardian before using GalaxyVerse and any services that involve purchases.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Minecraft account, GalaxyVerse-related accounts, website account, Discord account, and any other associated accounts. You are responsible for activity conducted through your accounts. Unauthorized access to another user's account, unauthorized account sharing, impersonation, and attempting to obtain another user's account credentials are prohibited. GalaxyVerse does not guarantee that your account, progress, statistics, items, or other data will remain available indefinitely.
GalaxyVerse grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use GalaxyVerse for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You do not obtain ownership of GalaxyVerse, its software, infrastructure, branding, content, or other intellectual property merely by using the service.
GalaxyVerse maintains separate Server Rules, Community Guidelines, and related policies governing player conduct. These policies form part of the overall conditions of using GalaxyVerse, and you are required to comply with them. These Terms govern the overall legal relationship between GalaxyVerse and you; the Rules govern conduct within the GalaxyVerse community specifically.
You must not use GalaxyVerse to engage in unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, disruptive, deceptive, or otherwise harmful activity. This includes, without limitation, exploiting vulnerabilities, unauthorized access to systems or accounts, interference with server operation, manipulation of in-game services or economies, fraud, harassment, impersonation, and circumvention of restrictions or punishments. GalaxyVerse reserves broad authority to prohibit conduct that threatens the security, integrity, fairness, operation, or community of GalaxyVerse, even where not explicitly listed here.
GalaxyVerse may investigate suspected violations of these Terms or the Server Rules and take enforcement action it reasonably deems appropriate, including warnings, mutes, restrictions, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, account restrictions, removal of content, removal from community spaces, or termination of access. GalaxyVerse may take such action when necessary to protect the server, its users, staff, infrastructure, or community.
GalaxyVerse maintains separate punishment guidelines and appeal procedures. Users may be permitted to appeal certain punishments through designated channels. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reversal of a punishment. GalaxyVerse may limit repeated, abusive, fraudulent, or bad-faith appeals.
GalaxyVerse may offer virtual currency, ranks, cosmetics, items, perks, passes, subscriptions, or other digital content. Virtual items and currency represent limited digital usage rights and do not constitute ownership of real-world property. GalaxyVerse may modify, rebalance, discontinue, remove, or replace virtual items or game features when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the service.
Purchases made through GalaxyVerse or its authorized payment providers are subject to the applicable purchase terms presented at checkout. GalaxyVerse may use third-party payment processors, and your payment information may be handled by those providers in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. Where applicable law provides mandatory refund or cancellation rights, those rights are preserved.
If GalaxyVerse offers recurring subscriptions, billing will recur automatically at the applicable interval until cancelled. Cancelling a subscription generally prevents future billing but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period, unless required by law or otherwise provided by GalaxyVerse's refund policy.
Users should contact GalaxyVerse regarding legitimate billing issues before initiating a chargeback where reasonably possible. Fraudulent chargebacks or intentionally false payment disputes are prohibited. GalaxyVerse reserves the right to restrict or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent transactions, subject to applicable law.
If you submit content such as usernames, forum posts, Discord messages, screenshots, videos, artwork, suggestions, or bug reports, you retain ownership of content you independently create where applicable. You grant GalaxyVerse a reasonable license to host, display, reproduce, distribute, and use submitted content as necessary to operate, promote, and provide GalaxyVerse.
GalaxyVerse may use suggestions, ideas, feedback, bug reports, and recommendations you provide without any obligation to compensate you, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
GalaxyVerse's branding, logos, website, software, original artwork, custom game systems, written content, designs, and other original materials are owned by GalaxyVerse or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, resale, modification, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation is prohibited except where expressly permitted. Minecraft and other third-party intellectual property remain owned by their respective rights holders; GalaxyVerse does not claim ownership over Mojang, Microsoft, or other third-party intellectual property.
GalaxyVerse may integrate with or rely upon third-party services such as Minecraft and Microsoft accounts, Discord, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, and authentication providers. GalaxyVerse is not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party services outside its reasonable control. You remain responsible for complying with the applicable terms of any third-party service you use.
Our collection, use, storage, and processing of personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
GalaxyVerse is provided on an ongoing basis, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, outages, technical problems, security incidents, hosting failures, and third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.
GalaxyVerse reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or replace portions of GalaxyVerse, including gameplay systems, features, virtual items, currencies, content, or services, at any time.
GalaxyVerse may suspend or terminate your access for serious violations, fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, repeated violations, payment fraud, attempts to compromise the server, or conduct that materially harms the GalaxyVerse community or service. Following termination, you may lose access to your account, virtual items, digital content, and certain services, to the extent permitted by law.
GalaxyVerse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. GalaxyVerse does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, except where such a warranty cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GalaxyVerse's liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of GalaxyVerse is limited, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
You agree to indemnify GalaxyVerse against reasonable losses, claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, violation of these Terms, misuse of GalaxyVerse, or infringement of third-party rights, subject to applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence apply. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of GalaxyVerse will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
GalaxyVerse is not responsible for delays or failures resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, infrastructure failures, major outages, cyber incidents, governmental actions, or failures of third-party providers.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent legally permitted.
GalaxyVerse's failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
These Terms, together with any incorporated policies, constitute the entire agreement governing your use of GalaxyVerse, subject to applicable law.
GalaxyVerse may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without GalaxyVerse's consent.
GalaxyVerse may communicate with you regarding service announcements, account matters, policy changes, billing matters, and security issues through the email, Discord, or in-game systems associated with your account.

By using GalaxyVerse, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
